When you first start playing, you will be given 90,000,000 Euro and 15 Shields. When you first started, you will be given the option to either:-
1. Start Playing
2. Start playing with the (team name)

3. Create your own squad
Option 1, your players will be randomly selected, but you will get a team with average strength. Pretty hard to go up.
Option 2, I never tried this but if you willing to spend money on this, go on and leave a reply on this post.
Option 3, which I'm sure the majority people's choice, you get to select you players. Yay! The strength of the player you choose here will be based on the player's real life performance (in the field of course). For example, if you choose Abbiati from AC Milan, you will get a defensive strength of 180(see the bricks logo). So choose wisely your players.
